How billing works

Forms of payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Debit or credit card (Visa / Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Wire bank transfer

There are two available options: you can either pay for the ordered server directly or use your account balance. The second option is more convenient as it eliminates the need to enter your card information details each time. The balance can be replenished with any amount, provided that it is at least €10.

It’s possible to pay for a specific period of time: hours, days, weeks, months.

Accounting details

The system begins counting time only when the server is fully loaded and available to the client. If the server is subsequently sent to reboot, its startup time is considered in the same way as a normal usage time.

If during the process of reinstalling or rebooting the server it does not respond for more than 15 minutes, then please let us know about this in any convenient way (chat / email). In this case, we’ll be able to solve the issue and compensate for funds spended on an unsuccessful attempt.

Taxes

We include taxes (VAT/BTW) in our prices.

Balance transfer

You can transfer balance from one account to another without limitations. You can do this using chat on a website or an email.

Discounts

If you are considering renting multiple servers for an extended period (1 year or longer), we are prepared to provide you with a personalized offer. To do this, we ask you to notify us in advance also by email.
