Refunds (money-back guarantee)

 

A buyer may request a refund from LeaderTelecom B.V. within 14 days from the date when services were provided. Additionally, the buyer may request a refund from LeaderTelecom B.V. within 180 days from the date when the payment was made if services relating to this payment haven't been provided.

Refunds can only be made using the same method with which the original payments were made.

LeaderTelecom B.V. also provides some non-refundable services. You can find out more about non-refundable services on www.leaderssl.com or by emailing info@leadertelecom.nl. Rightful refunds should be requested by emailing info@leadertelecom.nl. The buyer will only receive a single refund per order.

If you request a refund, LeaderTelecom BV will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after your request.

Please be advised that all Entrust certificates are non-refundable. Furthermore, we can only accept payments via wire transfer for all Entrust certificates and certificates purchased on www.ict.auction.

Funds paid via Bitcoin are neither refundable in full nor in part. You are advised to pay exactly the amount that is required when making payments via Bitcoin. Payments made via Bitcoin are not subject for refund neither in full nor in part.

Any deposit paid by Customer pursuant to this Clause will not carry any interest. 

Chargebacks

 

A chargeback occurs after a buyer contacts their credit card issuer to dispute a charge that appears on their credit card statement. Chargebacks may be issued for a number of reasons including but not limited to the following:

  • Expired authorization of the buyer's credit card or bank processing error;
  • Duplicate billing, incorrect amount billed;
  • An unauthorized party has made a purchase with the buyer's credit card or identity theft.
