Using chat
Preferred method of contacting technical support: using online chat. Please log in to the Dashboard, find the Chat button in the lower left corner and click on it:

Type your message in the field marked number 1. Don’t forget to describe your problem and write the server's ID. If you need to attach additional media (screenshots, logs, certificates etc.) please click on the button with a paperclip icon(number 2) and select the necessary files. Note that the file size should not exceed 10 MB. Then, click the Send button (number 3):

Using email
If you prefer not to use online chat, you have the option to contact technical support via email at info@leadergpu.com. Please use the email address you provided when registering your account. Compose your email, with the subject containing a short topic and server’s ID. Provide as much information as possible about the problem in the body of the letter. You can also attach additional media (screenshots, log files, etc).
