FAQ: Billing / payment questions

Q: I've made a payment, but the status of my order is "Awaiting assignment". How much time should I wait for the assignment?

A: All the servers are assigned manually by our staff during our working hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 18:00 CET. During working hours, we assign the server within an hour.

On weekends, servers take some time to be assigned. We recommend making an advanced payment if you plan to use a server on weekends.


Q: I need to review my transaction history. What should I do?

A: You can see all the information about all your payments in the "Billing" tab. Also, in this section you may download all the necessary documents that may be required.


Q: How can I pay for server usage?

A: We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, American Express, and you can also pay for the server via Bank Transfer.   


Q: How do tariffis work for per-minute billing plan? Does it only apply for the actual connection time?

A: Deductions of deposited funds begin from the moment that you start up your server.

Billing stops once you press "Suspend" in the control panel.   


Q: How do I find out how much paid time left for using the server?

A: You may find the time left until the end of the paid session within the control panel in the "Time left" column. 


Q: If I purchase 600 minutes, install my required software then work with it until my paid minutes will be over, can I deposit more funds and connect again to the same server with all my previously installed software saved in my profile?

A: To save your image, simply click the "Suspend" button before your paid minutes are over. After that, make a new order for the same server configuration within the dashboard and settle a payment. 

Attention: After the payment is approved and the server is assigned, you could have a different server unit than what you used before. In this case, you will lose all the data from the local disk because we wipe it every time the user changes.
