Octane render benchmark-testing results for 4x GTX 1080 server 

We've decided to do a performance testing of our GTX 1080 GPUs on one of the popular renderers - Octane render.

Testing results of the server with 4x GTX 1080 are provided on the screenshot below for your reference.

Octane benchmark gave us following results: 505.82 on 4x GTX 1080 and 675.80 on 4x GTX 1080TI.

Server with 2x GTX 1080 has an outcome of 251.94 and

341.64 on 2 x GTX 1080TI.

8x GTX 1080 received 994.76. This is an outstanding results!

The score is based on the measured speed (Ms / s, mega samples per second). Speed measurement results are compared to the GTX 980. If your result is less than 100, your graphics processor is slower than the GTX 980.

You may accomplish your own performance test! For the most up-to-date results, it is advised to update the drivers of your video card to the latest version.

To do this, you need to download the Octane benchmark from the following link:

Unzip the archive into a separate folder and run the file: "_run_benchmark.bat".

In the popup window, press the start button and enjoy the process.
